Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer , resize to fit your image .
Apply mask of choice to this layer , merge merge group .

Copy and paste the Star Frame of choice as a new layer , resize if desired and center in your image .

Copy and paste your paper of choice as a new layer , drop below your frame layer .

On your frame layer in your layer palette , using your magic wand tool tolerance and feather set to 0 .
Click inside your frame . Modify - Expand by 3. Hit OK .

On your paper layer , Selections Invert and hit delete on your keyboard .

Deselect .

Copy and paste any doodles or elements of choice and add as new layers .
Resize and position to your preference .

Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer , resize and position .

Resize and or crop your image now .

Add any proper artist copyright to your tag .

Add any names or sayings to your tag .
