Open all your supplies in psp .

Open a new image 600 x 600 . You can resize or crop your image later .

Copy and paste Doodle 2 as a new layer . Resize to fit your image .
Duplicate this layer and mirror .

Copy and paste Gold Doodle as a new layer . Resize to fit your image .
Duplicate this layer and mirror .

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer .

Copy and paste Frame 1 as a new layer , resize to your preference .
Center in your image .

On your frame layer , using your magic wand , tolerance - 1 - feather - 0 .
Click inside your frame layer , MODIFY , Expand by 3 . Hit OK .
Selections - Invert .

On your paper layer , hit delete on your keyboard .

DO NOT DESELECT .

Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer , move this between your paper and frame layer .

Hit delete on your keyboard again .

Deselect .

Copy and paste Sparkly Edge 2 as a new layer and resize to fit your frame .

Copy and paste any doodles of choice as new layers , resize to fit your image .
Position to your liking .

Resize or crop your image now .

Add proper artist copyright to your image .

Add any names or sayings to your image .

Save as a .jpg or .png file .
