Scrap Kit "Milky Way" Designs By Bittersweet United 4 Scrappers

Open a new image 600 x 600 .
Copy and paste paper flower 3 as a new layer , resize to fit your image and center .
Copy and paste paper flower 4 as a new layer , resize just a bit smaller than paper flower 3 ,
center in your paper flower 3 . Add a SLIGHT white dropshadow to this layer .
Copy and paste your image or tube of choice as a new layer .
Place in your paper flower 4 .
Using your freehand selection tool - tolerance and feather set to 0 outline one side of your
paperflower and the bottom part that had the tube image sticking out , double click at the end .
On your tube layer hit delete on your keyboard - to remove any excess tube .
Deselect .
Copy and paste your doodles and elements of choice as new layers , resize to fit your image .
Resize or crop your image now .
Add proper artist copyright to your image .
Add any names or sayings to your image .
