Open a new image 600 x 600 . You can resize and or crop your image later .

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer , resize to fit your image .

Copy and paste your frame as a new layer , resize to fit your image .
Center in your image .

Using your magic wand tool , tolerance and feather set to zero , click inside your frame .
Modify , expand by 2 .
Hit Ok .

Selections Invert .
Make sure that you are on your paper layer in your layer palette .
Hit delete on your keyboard .

Deselect .

Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer . Resize and position in your frame .

To remove excess tube use your freehand selection tool , tolerance and feather set to zero .
Out line the parts that you want to remove and hit delete on your keyboard .

Deselect .

Copy and paste any elements of choice as new layers . Resize and position them .

Crop or resize your image now .

Add proper artist copyright to your image .
Add any names or sayings to your image .

Save your image as a .jpg or .png file .
