Open a new image 600 x 600 . You can resize or crop your image later .

Copy and paste LOVE POSTAGE as a new layer , resize to fit your canvas and center .

Copy and paste the WORDART as new layers and move to fit on the lines of your Love Postage .

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer , resize and position as desired .

Copy and paste love clusters wordart as a new layer and postion on your love postage .

Copy and paste one of your ribbons as a new layer resize and free rotate 90 degress and position to the side of your love postage .

Copy and paste Hearts Together Gem as a new layer , right click in your layer palette and duplicate .
Position them on your ribbon .

Crop or resize your image now .

Add proper artist copyright .

Add any names or sayings to your image .
