Open a new image 600 x 600 .
Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer , resize to fit your image .
Apply a mask of choice as to this layer , on the mask layer , merge merge group .
Copy and paste Hearts Stitched 1 as a new layer .
Copy and paste sign 2 as a new layer resize to fit your image move a little to the left of the image .
Copy and paste Street Sign 4 as a new layer , resize and using your freehand selection tool
cut off the sign post . Resize and place at the top of your Sign 2 .
Now back to your Hearts Stitched layer and make 3 duplicates of this layer .
Mirror 2 of them , i moved one below the other , refer to my tag for reference .
Copy and paste flowers 1 as a new layer , move to the bottom of the sign .,
Resize to fit your image . Arrange to your preference .
Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer .
Resize or crop your image now .
Add proper artist copyright to your image .
Add any names or sayings to your image .
