Mask - WSL_MASK_71

Font Used - ROB Babylonica (pay font)

Open all your supplies in PSP .
Open a new image 600 x 600 .
You can resize or crop your image later .

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer . (I used paper 5)
Resize to fit your image .

Apply WSL_MASK_71 .
Right click on this layer and merge group .

Copy and paste 2 of the glitter burst as new layers .
Arrange to your preference .

Copy and paste BOTH blank frames , I used my NODES TOOL , to rotate mine .
Resize these to your desired size .

Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer , resize to fit your image and drop this layer below one of
your frame layers .

Using your magic wand tool - tolerance set to 1 and feather set to 0 , click inside this frame .
Selections - Modify - Expand 1 . Hit OK .
On your paper layer in your layer palette hit delete on your keyboard .
This will remove any excess paper from your frame layer .

Deselect .

Repeat this step for your other frame .

Do not forget to deselect .

Copy and paste 2 tube of choice as a new layer(s) .
Resize the tubes to fit into your frame(s) .

Position the tubes to your preference .

Using your FREEHAND TOOL , settings Tolerance and Feather to 0 .
Out line the portions of your tube sticking out of your frame(s).
Double click at the ending points and make sure that you are on the tube(s) layer in your layer palette .
Hit delete on your keyboard . This will remove any excess tube .

Deselect .

Copy and paste Tag 3 (or one of choice as a new layer ) .
Position at the top of one of the frames .

Copy and paste the stickers as new layer(s) .
Arrange to your preference or refer to my tag for guidance .

Using your freehand selection tool - tolerance and feather set to 0 .
Out line portion of the ring to delete .
This will make it to look as if it is hanging from the frame .
Deselect .

Add any drop shadows of choice to your layers .

Resize and or crop your image now .

Add any proper artist copyright to your image .

Add any names or sayings to your image .

Save your file as a .jpg or .png file .
