Open a new image 600 x 600 . You can resize or crop your image later .

Copy and paste the Circle Frame of choice as a new layer , resize if desired and center in your image .

Copy and paste your paper of choice as a new layer , drop below your frame layer .

On your frame layer in your layer palette , using your magic wand tool tolerance and feather set to 0 .
Click inside your frame . Modify - Expand by 3. Hit OK .

On your paper layer , Selections Invert and hit delete on your keyboard .

Deselect .

Copy and paste 2 of the flowers as new layers , resize to around 68 percent . (both)

Drop these to the bottom layer .

Place them next to each other , just overlapping .

X out all other layers and right click , merge merge visible .

Make 3 duplicate layers of the flowers and arrange them around your frame .

Copy and paste one of the journals as a new layer , above the frame layer .

Resize and position over the frame . Resize as needed .
I slightly rotated mine .

Copy and paste your tube of choice as place as desired and copy and paste any other elements
of choice as a new layer and place as desired .

Resize or crop your image now .

Add proper copyright to your image .

Add any names or sayings to your tag .

FONT USED - BodoniMutant .

Save your image as a .jpg or .png file .
